Read the Commissioner's liquor guidelines to understand your obligations under relevant legislation in Queensland, including the Liquor Act 1992.
To assist with this transition, the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR) will accept reports completed under Guideline 50 until 31 December 2019.
Potential issues have been identified regarding the data recording and calculation tables in Guideline 51. These are currently being reviewed by OLGR. If you have started to create an acoustic assessment under this guideline, or intend to before the issues are resolved, contact OLGR on (07) 3738 8387 or Governance-Program-D@justice.qld.gov.au.
