Forms for mining and resources
Use the following forms to apply for or manage resource permits for minerals, coal, petroleum, gas, geothermal and greenhouse gas.
Before applying:
- Check application fees.
- For mineral and coal and petroleum and energy resource authorities, read guidelines, policies and practice directions.
- For a resource authority or for the renewal of an existing authority, refer to guidelines and templates to help prepare development plans and work programs.
- For all production, sales and resources and reserves reports, review relevant practice direction and templates—coal, mineral and petroleum. They should be lodged through the GSQ Lodgement Portal.
Most applications can be lodged online via MyMinesOnline. You can lodge your application by mail, if required.
