What's new

A new practice direction and data submission templates are available below. Read more about new reporting requirements and implementation timelines.

You must notify us about your petroleum and gas discoveries and provide reports about your petroleum and gas production testing, production and reserves.

You must pay royalties for the petroleum that you produce. This can include gas that is used, flared or vented during production testing if the amount is more than 3,000,000m3.
