Exhibiting animals in Queensland

In Queensland, you will need a licence or permit under the Exhibited Animals Act 2015 if proposing to exhibit native wildlife or non-indigenous animals in:

• wildlife parks
• mobile exhibits
• circuses
• rabbits in magic acts.
