Legacy-funded kindergarten services

Services that received Queensland Government funding under the previous Kindergarten Assistance Scheme (known as DECKAS) are being supported to meet QKFS eligibility requirements.

Legacy-funded services receive funding equal to what they received in 2010 (this was adjusted under the Consumer Price Index until January 2014).

Once services meet the QKFS eligibility requirements, they receive any increased funding they are eligible for. Contact your central governing body if you need help meeting QKFS requirements.
