Housing inspection checklist app

The Queensland Housing Inspection Checklist (QhIC) app enables a user to complete property inspections on department-owned and non-department owned properties using a mobile device.

A user can complete and save individual property inspection checklists on their device and submit the checklists when they have data coverage.

Before using the app, register with us to receive:

• your Provider ID
• a login pin number.

These are both needed to verify you as an approved user.

You can download this free app through Apple, Android and Windows app stores.
