Funding for cap and pipe projects
Funding for cap and pipe projects is available.
You may be eligible to receive funding of up to 90% of your estimated eligible project costs.
How to apply
Due to high levels of interest, the period for submitting a registered application for cap and pipe funding has been extended to 4pm (AEST) Friday 14 November 2025.
- If you submitted your Expression of interest form for GABRP funding (PDF, 441KB) by the due date of 31st October, you will have received either a registered Form 001 – Grant funding application (An example of a Form 001 (PDF, 914KB) or a notification that your request was not successful.
- If your EOI was successful, use the GABRP applicant guidelines (PDF, 1.2MB) to help you complete your application.
- Submit your application with required documentation by email BPMO@dlgwv.qld.gov.au by 4pm (AEST), Friday 14 November 2025. Late applications will not be accepted.
- Once your application has been received, it will be assessed by the BPMO. You will be contacted if any information supplied needs clarification.
Subject to the availability of funds, eligible projects will be considered for the 2026-27 financial year.
