Funding for cap and pipe projects

Funding for cap and pipe projects is available.

You may be eligible to receive funding of up to 90% of your estimated eligible project costs.

How to apply

1. Complete the Expression of interest form for GABRP funding (PDF, 249KB) and email to BPMO@rdmw.qld.gov.au or submit using the 'Submit' button on the form.
2. You will receive either notification that your request was not successful or a registered Form 001 – Grant funding application.

3. Use the GABRP applicant guidelines (PDF, 989KB) to help you complete your application.
4. Submit your application with required documentation by email BPMO@rdmw.qld.gov.au between 9am, Monday 1 September 2025 and 4pm (AEST), Friday 31 October 2025. Late applications will not be accepted.
5. Once received, it will be assessed by the BPMO. You will be contacted if any information supplied needs clarification.

Subject to the availability of funds, eligible projects will be considered for the 2026-27 financial year.
