Access pre-filled forms on the LGFT online portal

Follow these steps to access pre-filled forms.

  • Select one of these forms from the tiles on the homepage:

    • Liquor or gaming individual renewal application
    • Liquor or gaming new application
    • Liquor, gaming and fair trading make a payment
    • Liquor or gaming complaint form
    • Liquor or gaming annual return.
  • New applicants will be asked to verify identity using a Queensland digital identity (QDI) or an Australian Government myID.

For renewals, at this step you would enter the licence number you were issued by OLGR. This can be found on your licence or approval.

    Then select Continue.

    More about QDI

QDI has replaced QGov as the preferred identity provider. QGov accounts are no longer supported and most existing QGov account users were transferred to the QDI system. If you previously used a QGov account to verify your identity, you may need to verify it again. Read more about the QGov to QDI transfer.

View the documents you need to set up a QDI.

  • Next, you'll be asked to answer some questions to link your QDI or myID with our records. Follow the instructions as you complete the online form.

Once you've completed these steps:

  • your forms will be pre-filled with your details
  • you won't need to submit any further identification documents unless something changes.

You'll still need to verify your ID. You'll need to provide 100 points of ID from the documents in this list with your application. One must be a primary document and at least 1 must show your photo and 1 your signature.
