Schedule of fees for gas work licences and authorisations

From 20 June 2026, gas work licences – hydrocarbon refrigerants (GWL – HCR) join all other GWL and gas work authorities (GWA) in the RSHQ Portal—for simpler, faster and smarter licensing and compliance.
Gas work licence and authorisation fees are set out in schedule 6 of the Petroleum and Gas (Safety) Regulation 2018. Fees are amended annually in line with the Government indexation rate. On 1 July 2025, our fees increased by 3.4% in line with Government's indexation policy.
