Christmas–New Year closure

We will close from Wednesday 24 December 2025 and reopen on Monday 5 January 2026.

Samples must be received before Friday 12 December 2025 to allow enough time to complete initial testing and send preliminary results before the closure. Final reports will be sent out when possible.

At the end of the testing process, you will receive:

  • a final written report that includes details of the specific tests completed and the results
  • interpretation of results
  • practical advice (wherever possible) on how to remedy any issues identified through the testing undertaken.

All information is confidential and is not provided to third parties.

How to pay

We will email your invoice after you have received the diagnostic report.

You can pay by:

  • BPAY (including credit card)
  • cheque
  • money order.

Crop consultants

Invoices will be made out to you if you submit samples on behalf of a grower. If you would like us to invoice the grower then ask the grower to complete the submission form (or complete it on their behalf).
