A new practice direction and data submission templates are available below. Read more about new reporting requirements and implementation timelines.
You must lodge a report whenever you relinquish or surrender areas from your exploration permit, mineral development licence or coal or oil shale mining lease. This includes partial or final relinquishment of the resource authority.
Each report must provide a full technical summary of the authorised activities, including maps and a digital copy of all geochemical and geophysical surveying data.
