JobAccess is the national hub for workplace and employment information for people with disability, employers and service providers.

Employment Assistance Fund

The Employment Assistance Fund (EAF) can assist employers pay for workplace modifications and equipment such as:

• adjustments to your workplace
• modifications to work vehicles
• equipment for your workplace such as assistive technology and information and communication devices
• Auslan interpreting services
• specialised services and supports for employees with learning and mental health conditions.

Disability Employment Services

Disability Employment Services offer free services and ongoing support to businesses looking to employ a person with disabilities. Services include:

• recruitment advice
• job matching
• a ready candidate pool
• help with job design
• training for employers
• on the job training and support for employees with disabilities
• access to financial support and incentives.

IncludAbility

IncludAbility aims to increase job opportunities for people with disabilities. The employment resources portal provides advice on attracting and recruiting staff and creating an accessible and inclusive workplace.
