On this page you’ll find a list of the price or supply controls that have been registered with the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR).

These controls are submitted to OLGR by liquor accords and safe night precinct (SNP) local boards.

All liquor outlets in the greater Cairns area (not including the safe night precinct) will:

  • not sell Fruity Lexia cask wine under $15 before 4pm each day
  • undertake mandatory identification checks for all cask wine sales until 4pm each day
