Pest management activities in a declared Fish Habitat Area

You can carry out certain regulated pest management activities in a declared Fish Habitat Area (FHA) if you:

• follow the Code of Practice
• notify us 5 business days before the works commence.

Before you start

To complete this form you may need to provide:

• integrated management plan
• a map to show the location of works
• approval of biological control agent.

This form will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
