Applications are now open and will close at 5pm, 6 May 2027 (unless funding is exhausted beforehand).
What you should know
The grant will help you:
- improve your business’s capability, skills, productivity and efficiency
- support compliance and regulatory requirements
- reduce operating costs
- adopt digital tools to strengthen your business operations and competitiveness.
You must use the grant to buy items listed in our catalogue of eligible products. Items fall into 2 areas – business management software and training.
Business management software – including software upgrades
Software products include:
- general business productivity (e.g. project management tools)
- accounting and financial management (e.g. payroll, invoicing)
- compliance (e.g. tools for regulatory or safety compliance)

If you buy a product through a Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription model, grant funding will support your subscription for up to 24 months.
You can use the grant to upgrade software you already use to a more productivity-enabling level or tier option. The software must meet all eligibility criteria.
If you would like to buy a software product that is not included in the catalogue, you can complete a request for us to review the item. You must provide detailed information about the product, including costs and other requested information. We will review the product and may list it in the catalogue for selection.
