Avoiding business scams

If your business is scammed or defrauded, you could lose money and suffer other consequences, such as damage to your reputation.

Most scams originate outside of Australia. Unfortunately, this means Queensland's laws cannot protect scam victims and there is no way for victims to get their money back.
