A half-day masterclass designed to strengthen the capability and resilience of small and family-owned nursery production businesses in regional Queensland.
Designed specifically for regional nursery production businesses, this half-day event includes a series of targeted sessions and networking opportunities.
Key Highlights:
- Practical Skills and Capability Building: Attend four structured Future Ready sessions covering critical topics such as Workforce Stability, Digital and AI Workflow Optimisation, Financial Resilience, and Leadership and Succession. Each session will feature a unique pairing of a local business advisor and a regional nursery grower, offering hands-on, tailored guidance for small enterprises.
