Queensland Government Industry Partners Digital Graduate Program
The Queensland Government Industry Partners Digital Graduate Program connects eligible businesses and organisations to a talent pool of digitally-qualified and pre-screened graduates to employ on a one-year contract.
This pilot program will simplify your employment process by putting you in direct contact with graduates—saving you advertising and recruitment costs. You will be responsible for paying their salary.
Graduate skills available
Graduates have a wide range of qualifications, such as:
- cyber security
- human-centred design
- mobile platform application development
- cloud integration
- software development
- user experience
- network and project support.
Benefits of the program
Search for graduates with qualifications in the latest digital technologies. All graduates are screened and cognitively tested before being accepted into the program. You can review their course results, resumes and application videos to help you select suitable candidates.
Recruiting a graduate will help to grow your business, and contribute to a strong and vibrant digital workforce, ensuring Queensland grows world-class, digital professionals. Their enthusiasm and fresh approach will bring new perspectives and innovative ideas to your business.
The Department of Communities, Housing and Digital Economy will support the graduates to transition into employment with free online leadership training and development.
The program is an extension of the highly successful Queensland Government Digital and ICT Graduate Program, which supports graduate placements across Queensland Government departments.
You'll have access to the recruitment website to help you find suitable digital graduates.
