Lodging resources dealings during COVID-19 emergency
Through the coronavirus (COVID-19) emergency, the Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy remains focused on delivering critical business activities.
Although our public business centres are now closed, we are confident that critical business functions and systems, such as tenure administration and MyMinesOnline (MMOL), can be maintained.
Lodging dealings with MMOL
MMOL remains the easiest and quickest way to apply for a resource authority, lodge a dealing or make a payment.
This critical online system is not affected by the response to COVID-19.
Our ability to accept and process traditional hard copy documents is significantly reduced during this time. We therefore ask that you continue to use MMOL as the primary interface for tenure-related dealings.
By lodging through MMOL, your application will be received immediately and progressed promptly.
Registering and using MMOL
If you haven't yet registered, you can register for MMOL online.
Our resource authority application guides provide detailed steps for lodging and making payments through the MMOL system.
Any document submitted through MMOL can contain an e-signature. However, the document must provide the name of the person signing for identity purposes.
- Access user guides and technical support for MMOL.
- Find out how you can apply for a new resource authority online or lodge dealings and other activities.
- Use MyMinesOnline to track the progress of your application.
- Read about the closure of Titles Registry business counters and alternative arrangements.
