Reset your password for OSRconnect
If you have forgotten or locked your password, you can reset it in OSRconnect using your registered email address.
- Go to OSRconnect and click Log in to OSRconnect.
- Click Forgotten your password?
The Reset password screen will display.
- Enter your user ID.
- Click Continue.
You will be asked more questions, depending on your user type. Some users will have to complete an online form.
Alternatively, you may be prompted to enter the email address registered for your user ID and a Captcha code. If the email is entered correctly, you can reset the password immediately by clicking Reset password. A new password will be sent to your email account.
You will need to enter a new password when you next log in.
Note: Passwords are case sensitive, must be 8 to 14 characters long, and contain both letters and numbers. You cannot use special characters. And you cannot re-use any of your previous 5 passwords.
