Update contact details in OSRconnect

Follow these steps to update your OSRconnect contact details.

Helpful hints

  • You can update your contact details for each revenue type you are currently registered to self assess.
  • You can update your:
    • address
    • phone number
    • email address.

The process

  1. Log in to OSRconnect and select the Administrator tab.
  2. Select Contact details.

Your current Business address and Mail address details will display.

  1. Select the address that you want to edit.

The Address and Communication details screen will appear. This screen shows the following for your registered revenue types:

  • street or postal addresses
  • phone and fax numbers
  • email addresses.

The Address type displays the particular address you are editing.

  1. Complete or edit the required fields.

Note: We regularly email important news and information to you. Ensure that you keep your email addresses up to date.

  1. Click Save.

A pop-up message will confirm the changes were made.
