Update contact details in OSRconnect
Follow these steps to update your OSRconnect contact details.
- You can update your contact details for each revenue type you are currently registered to self assess.
- You can update your:
- phone number
- email address.
- Log in to OSRconnect and select the Administrator tab.
- Select Contact details.
Your current Business address and Mail address details will display.
- Select the address that you want to edit.
The Address and Communication details screen will appear. This screen shows the following for your registered revenue types:
- street or postal addresses
- phone and fax numbers
- email addresses.
The Address type displays the particular address you are editing.
- Complete or edit the required fields.
Note: We regularly email important news and information to you. Ensure that you keep your email addresses up to date.
- Click Save.
A pop-up message will confirm the changes were made.
