Deleting a draft transaction in OSR Online

Transaction cancellation request form

You can request to cancel the following transactions (i.e. make them obsolete) in OSR Online:

  • draft transactions that are no longer required (OSR Online users with ‘Administrator’ permission, can delete draft transactions through OSR Online without using this form)
  • submitted transactions that are duplicates.

You cannot cancel a submitted transaction if you’ve made an error or the agreement has been cancelled. In these situations you must request a reassessment .

Complete all applicable fields below and press Submit. You will receive an email confirmation for your records.
