Payments and lodgement of Titles Registry forms

Lodging documents

Industry professionals are encouraged to use eLodgement and eConveyancing.

Members of the public can lodge forms and documents in person at selected offices or post them to:

Important: If attending in person, customers need to arrive in time to finalise their lodgements before closing time.

Payment options

To calculate fees, use the fee calculator.

If lodging in person, you can pay by cash, cheque, money order, EFTPOS or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only).

If lodging by post, fill in and include a credit card order form (PDF, 211KB) or include a cheque or money order made out to the 'Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy'.

Registration timeframes for titling instruments

  • Titling instruments, correctly lodged: 5 business days.
  • Plans of survey, correctly lodged: 5 business days if endorsed by an accredited surveyor, otherwise 10 days.
