Industry professionals are encouraged to lodge documents with the Titles Registry using eLodgement and eConveyancing.
You can lodge documents by posting the document along with payment to:
Brisbane Titles Registry Office
GPO Box 1401

You must include a credit card order form (PDF, 211KB) or a cheque or money order made out to the 'Department of Resources'.
Regional business centres
You can lodge documents at selected regional business centres during the hours stated.
Important: please make sure you arrive early enough to finalise your lodgements before closing time.
You can pay by cash, EFTPOS, credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) or cheque or money order made out to the 'Department of Resources'.
Drop-off box facility, Brisbane Titles Registry office
You can lodge documents at the Brisbane Titles Registry office (located at Level 11, 53 Albert Street, Brisbane) from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) using the drop-off box facility.
Place documents in the drop-off box along with the completed drop-off box lodgement agreement and payment. Refer to the Titles Registry drop-off box lodgement instructions (DOCX, 36KB) which contains the drop-off box lodgement agreement. See an example drop-off box lodgement agreement (PDF, 1.3MB).
Registration time frames for titling instruments
Our client service standard is:
- titling instruments, correctly lodged: 5 business days
- plans of survey, correctly lodged: 5 business days if endorsed by an accredited surveyor, otherwise 10 days.
