How your business can help with disaster recovery

Your business can help Queensland communities affected by natural disasters to rebuild and recover.

Premier's Disaster Relief Appeal

Severe Tropical Cyclone Yasi and the November 2010-January 2011 floods

You can help Queenslanders affected by Severe Tropical Cyclone Yasi and the November 2010-January 2011 floods by donating to the Premier's Disaster Relief Appeal. The appeal was established to assist communities to recover from the Queensland floods, and then extended to include people affected by Severe Tropical Cyclone Yasi.

All donations of $2 or more to the appeal by Australian residents are tax deductible. Donations close 31 March 2012.

January-February 2012 floods

Flooding in South West Queensland in January-February 2012 has affected many Queenslanders. You can help Queenslanders recover by donating to the Premier's Disaster Relief Appeal.

All donations of $2 or more to the appeal by Australian residents are tax deductible.

Volunteer your help

You can show your support for the Queensland communities affected by natural disasters by volunteering. Learn more about volunteering on the Queensland Government website.

Join forces

The Join Forces program (where the Queensland Reconstruction Authority matched businesses with local clubs and organisations needing assistance to recover from Severe Tropical Cyclone Yasi or the November 2010-January 2011 floods) is now closed to new applications. If you would like to make a donation to support Queensland disaster relief, contact the Queensland Reconstruction Authority.
