Smart Futures Fund

Businesses, research institutes and individuals may be eligible for a range of Smart Futures Fund grants to support research that will benefit Queensland. If you are involved in skills development and innovation in the research and business communities, or research-industry collaboration, you are encouraged to apply.

The Smart Futures Fund supports researchers and businesses as they use their knowledge, creativity and innovation to drive economic growth for Queensland.

This guide explains the 10 Smart Futures Fund research grants available for Queenslanders, such as PhD research scholarships, and international research partnerships with China or India.
