MyMinesOnline portal of applications and permits

Mining online services

Your business will soon have access to a customised information portal through MyMinesOnline - currently being rolled out progressively to our customers in the Queensland resources sector.

MyMinesOnline is a secure, authenticated, online environment, customised to a business that gives a combined view of resources and environmental approval data.

MyMinesOnline features

The first release of MyMinesOnline will include:

  • a secure authentication process
  • a customised page for your company where you can view all your permits granted and undergoing assessment
  • the current status of exploration permits for coal (EPC) and exploration permits for minerals (EPM)
  • information about environmental assessment data.

Registering with MyMinesOnline

If you have been issued with a registration letter containing your security details and registration guidelines, you can register with MyMinesOnline.

Helpdesk and technical support

We provide MyMinesOnline guides, phone support and notifications to support your business.

The MyMinesOnline customer user guide (PDF, 684KB) can help you to get started and explore the new features.

This video introduction to using the MyMinesOnline customer portal is for Queensland mining permit holders who have received an activation key.
