Lodge statutory reports through QDEX

You must lodge regulatory forms and information through Queensland Digital Exploration Reports (QDEX) for any work carried out on exploration permits, mineral development licences and petroleum permits (including authorities to prospect).

QDEX is an online document management system. It allows you to enquire on open-file company exploration and geological reports.

QDEX includes the following maps, reports and journals:

• exploration reports
• collaborative drilling and industry network initiative reports
• Queensland geological maps
• Geological Survey of Queensland record series, publications and reports
• Queensland Government Mining Journal
• soil and land resource reports.

You can access the QDEX system as a guest or registered user.
