Geoscience products and services
The Queensland Government provides a range of geological maps of Queensland, Queensland geology data, geospatial information and other geoscience data. The products are available as CDs, DVDs or hardcopies.
Geoscience publications
The Geological Survey of Queensland (GSQ) provides geoscience and resource information to improve the understanding of the geology and minerals and energy resource potential of Queensland, and promotes the geoscience data and exploration potential to attract investment.
GSQ provides comprehensive information through publications and maps, digital data, data sets and compilations, and access to core and rock collections. You can access many of these online through the Interactive Resource and Tenure Maps (IRTM), and the Queensland Digital Exploration Reports system (QDEX). GSQ projects currently include activities under Greenfields 2020.

GSQ sells a number of hardcopy and digital maps; some are accompanied by explanatory notes.
