The SmartSite requires you to Sign-In before this action can be continued. The Sign-In screen should be visible in another Internet window on your screen. Can you see it? If the Sign-In window is not immediately visible check along the bottom of your screen and click on any other open Internet windows. If, after checking all your open Internet windows you still cannot see the Sign-In screen, close all other Internet windows (except this one) and click here to try again.
